RESUMate is a relational database program. It maintains complete records of people (candidates and sales contacts), companies, and job orders.

Records in one set of files are easily cross-referenced with records in another set of files. For example, candidate records can be cross-filed with job order records. Job order records are always cross-filed with the company from which the job order has come. Sales contact records are cross-filed with the record of the company at which the contact is employed.

This makes RESUMate a complete, electronic filing system for a recruiting office. The database records are the official records of the company, and since RESUMate is a networked program, all persons in the office have 100% simultaneous access to the files, all the time. Records in the database are complete, up-to-date, and accurate, the best possible on-line information source for recruiters, research assistants, administrative people, and managers.

Even recruiters who are not experienced computer users can maintain concentration on a sales or recruiting call, and still have on-line access to all of the information contained in the files.
