Both packages maintain an employee data base. This is useful if you find yourself rehiring an employee. Just call up the old data and edit any changes since the last hire.

The Ohio version, in addition, will also produce an electronic file of the New Hire data that can be filed by email.

Another very handy feature included in the Ohio version is the employee interview. Using the interview, you can either produce a printed interview sheet or a floppy disk. The employee then responds to the questions on the sheet or the disk. Cant beat this for taking the load off your back.
