Today, processing job applicants and incoming resumes can be costly and time consuming, whether they are online or in hard-copy. CIS One’s Applicant Information Management System (AIMS) was developed to provide a new way to manage and |
supervise this process through an interactive online interface.
First released in January 2003 as the Resume Tracking System
(RTS), the AIMS solution has been successfully installed in
a number of corporate and not-for-profit entities. In June 2003,
CIS One is releasing an updated version of AIMS that incorporates
many of the enhancements requested by our clients as well as
a new Candidate Tracking module and an EEO compliance module.
