GroupForce Timesheet module which allows users to log their time towards open projects in the organization. With this facility not only Project and Human Resource Managers get user accountability for the time they spend on their daily activities but also get reports on user work distribution throughout the type of projects defined in your organization.

Timesheets can be generated interactively, e-mailed to
GroupForce Timesheets, web services or indirectly using the
GroupForce Timesheet Buddy, which acts as a stopwatch in your desktop.

GroupForce timesheets allows your employees and outside resources to track their time usage, and provide you with detailed reports of the same.

Timesheet entries can be submitted by direct entry into GroupForce, through a mobile device, or via e-mail, where employees and outside resources can self service and receive spreadsheet based time entry templates via e-mail, which they can fill out, and simply e-mail back to GroupForce.

All entered time records are allocated towards internal or external projects or time categories, and can go through defined approval cycles.
