and written profile interpretation. All interpretations are written in
complimentary words, so the user must ask, "Is this what I am looking for?" If
the user has previously established graphic Omnia benchmarks of job demands and
workplace realities, then "what I am looking for" is quite clear. Large volume
clients may request a custom title study of written interpretations keyed to
each of the organization's specific titles and needs (based on the profiles of
their successful staff). Allow 1 month for the study (once Omnia receives the
needed study materials from the client).
