The A.I.M.S. suite of programs covers in a single package most of the administrative functions of document management for construction sites and offices. It is an electronic register which helps you to manage drawings, technical queries, instructions, and correspondence on construction sites, in design offices, contractors regional offices, etc.

It automates many of the functions, prints transmittal sheets, and retains records of transactions which can be used later for audit. A.I.M.S. data can be stored on a network for access by multiple users.
