Developed to meet the requirements of the Control of Asbestos at Work regulations revised in 2002, this software allows the facilities or building manager to set up the required asbestos records along with associated inspection & survey data, and to manage it with an audit trail and reporting.

The asbestos surveyor can use the same software to catalogue the results of surveys and communicate that information to the building manager.

Standard reports can be provided for surveys, routine maintenance schedules and asset managers, detailing what items of asbestos are present in which buildings with outstanding maintenance tasks and so on.
