Door Calc 2005 is an extremely easy to use door calculating software program. It will calculate cut lists for both cabinet doors, and full sized house doors. The stiles and rails for raised panel doors may be of any width, and at any location, up to four panels.

It gives the user a visual representation of the style and type of door being calculated, and the cut list is broken down by each stile, rail, and panel. It doesnt stop there though. It also calculates the total board footage required to build the door or doors, and includes the total costs, including labor for the doors.

This is very handy when comparing the cost of building the doors yourself vs subing it out to a door company to build them. Door Calc 2005 can be customized into determining the exact length of the rails and panels depending upon what cutter you are using in your shop. Some router bits vs shaper cutters have different depths for the tongue of the stile. Door Calc takes that into consideration in every cut list.
