FLOOR is a finite element program for the analysis and design of post-tensioned and reinforced concrete floor systems and mat foundations. Input into FLOOR is via a Windows CAD interface, in which an engineer draws the slab, beams, supports, loads and tendons on plans.

AutoCAD files can be imported into FLOOR and used as a tracing background that can automatically snap mouse clicks to the appropriate points. FLOOR graphics make working in the program both pleasant and productive. FLOOR is the best post-tensioning software available.
