Foremans Diary
Description A site diary has long been one of the most important records kept on construction sites. Often this is as simple as each supervisor and the construction manager keeping their own personal diaries of the events occurring each day.
Many companies have expanded this and use a pre-printed format to be completed daily recording labour and material usage, weather conditions, safety incidents, delays and the like. This can be time consuming to complete and does not facilitate any sort of reporting other than on a daily basis.
QA Software’s Foreman’s diary is an electronic version of the site diary that enables all information to be captured via a single screen and includes a large variety of reports. Together with the QTRAK correspondence system, the Foreman’s diary is an indispensable tool to standardise and streamline the information gathering process on construction sites.
