Using the latest 32-bit Windows technology and built in quick key order entry, Glass Office will take any order from quote through scheduling and production to invoice and warranty. Glass Office is fast and easy to use with multiple users able to access information simultaneously.

Features

It has several unique features including the ability to print a customer’s special prices as well as standard price lists direct from the system. It can print all the required documents to any printer for an order (or a group of orders) by clicking on just one button. It also has the ability to mix units with process work, glazing work and counter sales if required. Internal orders, where no invoice is required, are also catered for and can be produced with standard invoiced orders.

A major feature of Glass Office is the electronic transfer of information and orders both from your customers and to your (toughened) suppliers, reducing fax and keyboard time and the potential for human error enormously. It can print delivery notes, invoices and credit notes to match your existing stationery, or a logo can be printed on to plain paper. Labels can also be printed out on any type of printer, and again can include colour and your logo printed by the program on to plain labels.
