Lumberjack Software is a custom, integrated software solution that is specifically designed to accommodate the software requirements of lumber and building materials companies who need to manage their two largest assets -- inventory and receivables – with a software application that delivers features, performance, and reporting capabilities.

Beginning at order entry, data flows through the system as it easily finds products and customers, and then reduces inventory when the order is finalized. The system creates the invoice, and posts to the proper general ledger account. On the purchasing side, the system increases inventory levels and posts inventory costs upon receipt of the purchase order. The PO to AP Interface provides a quick and simple way for AP clerks to reconcile the vendor invoice to the received purchase order. Once the accounts payable check is cut, the system posts to the correct general ledger account automatically, in real time.
