The National Estimator 32 (TNE-32) program is being shipped at no extra charge with all of Craftsman’s 2004 costbooks. But you don’t have to order anything to use this new program. The download is free and TNE-32 will work just fine with all of your existing Craftsman costbooks (except 30-day trial costbooks).
