How it works: The receptionist enters the customers name and the service they need into the Front Desk. Next an alert is automatically sent to all computers running Lobby Manager Client. Now the CSR knows that a new customer has been added to the queue and is waiting for service. After selecting a customer from the queue, the customer is then removed from all other CSRs lobby queue display. The Front Desks display is updated to show the name of the customer and the name of the CSR that is assisting the customer.
