Designed to safeguard sensitive data, the software ensures that any enquiries on protected matter entries by users in selected locations are returned as if they did not exist within the database. However, conflicts identified against the legitimate data when opening a new matter entry are recognised. The user is then referred to a nominated individual for further instruction.
