Cutter v.1.20 does the calculation and making of the patterns of waistline garments, namely skirts, lady's and men's pants and jeans, men's loose-fitting pants according to custom measurements with the following printout of the patterns in one forth scale model and of the tables of results needed for the laying out a pattern in full size.

It is possible to make any necessary changes for a model and then lay out the pattern on fabric with the help of table of results and cutter's drawing scale.

The method devised ensures the qualitative fitting in the whole range of measuring, which make it possible to make a garment eliminating additional.
