be scheduled. Leads have to be generated. Sales must be made. Financing has to
be secured. What else do most home improvement business owners see?
Inefficiency. Time wasted. Profit lost. The fact is that no matter how
successful you are, a savvy remodeler knows there is always room for
improvement. However, most of us don't make the time to step away from the
day-to-day activities to take a hard look at our processes and practices to see
where we can improve or determine where new opportunities may exist. We don't
