PLUS1D – Bar Nesting Software is an optimization software which helps reduce the waste in cutting any 1D (lineal) material like pipes, bars, flanges, tubes, channel, profiles, frames, extrusions etc. The software is also very useful in structural steel estimation and fabrication.

Once the stock available and the parts required to be cut are entered, at the click of the button it gives the complete cutting plans, and detailed reports. The data can be easily imported from tables or spreadsheets by simple copy and paste, or via importing Comma Separated Value (CSV) files.

It has a simple wizard like user interface, you can work in any units (inches, mm), and can optimize multiple sections (of different material) in one job. The reports are tailored for the shop floor, and give you all details in a simple and concise form and available as an RTF file, that you can e-mail.
