Time stamps each entry. All editing and changes to the record are saved and time stamped so that the exact sequence of data entry can be recreated.

Assists the documenter in making timely appropriate assessments. Within the general timer, there is a “cooking” timer for each medication in CodeDocs updatable drug database. The user may set the timer for each medication in the reassessment reminder for documentation or use some of the default times for the code medications provided. This reminder feature builds in quality assurance into the documentation and may help the code team provide better patient care.
