Sabre Consulting, in conjunction with several Local Health Departments (LHDs) and the Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH), developed a new and exciting product line: MedaTrac – a suite of secure, Web-based HealthCare Management software applications for LHDs and individual clinics.

We have designed and implemented the MedaTrac modules ensuring adherence to CDC standards for security and confidentiality as well as compliance with the new HIPPA and HCFA regulations.

And our software can quickly interface with any established centralized State or City system receiving information such as State Birth Records or sending information and reports to central organizations.

An excellent example of our state-of-the-art technology is our MedaTrac – Immunization Tracking Module. One of our first installed modules, the MedaTrac – Immunization Tracking Module seamlessly supports the MDCH’s Michigan Childhood Immunization Registry (MCIR). It has given LHDs the ability to maintain local data on patients and immunizations while meeting State and Federal reporting requirements.
