The Patient HandChart is an electronic medical record for patient data management and assessment. Although this application can be utilized for any type of patient management system, the program provides all the necessary tools a Senior Care Practitioner requires to manage the geriatric patient.

This program was designed to be used in any setting, including inpatient, assisted-living and community settings where your notebook computer is not convenient. Use your office computer (HanDBase desktop software included) to review and manipulate data, generate reports, or export to another application using Excel, CSV, XML, Word, and HTML formats.

The program utilizes user-customizable Pop-up lists to help facilitate quick data entry on the Palm.
