Description CalorieWatch is designed to keep a daily watch over your health. CalorieWatch helps you to determine your ideal weight, ideal caloric intake and Body Mass Index depending on your age, weight, height and life style. Guard your weight change daily by entering the food items eaten and the amount of physical activity undertaken during the day. You can now find the number of calories gained from different food items as well as the calories burnt through various exercises and regulate your habits accordingly! The upgraded version has been released for Palm OS which has additional features like option to store your profile and past data about caloric intake, calories burnt and the total weight change each day. You can even view a graph of your weight change. This helps you to know your progress at a glance.
Scientifically, one Calorie is the amount of heat needed to raise the temperature of one gram of water by one degree Celsius. But what is more important here is what calories do. Calories give us energy to carry out different body functions but excess of them will add on as fat to our body weight. Therefore, it is important to keep a check on our Calorie intake.
