Patient Census Tracker is intended for use in managing a list of patients and billing information for those patients. It consists of two parts. The Palm part, in other words the part that installs on the hand held device, is a stand alone color enabled application that makes it easy to record basic information about each patient on your census. You may keep this sorted by last name or room number, in either ascending or descending order. After hotsync, you then import this information into the PC based report generator. The report generator stores the information for you and allows you to generate reports based on this information. The reports may be either for a single admission or for all admissions seen on a particular day.

With version 3.1 comes our much improved installation process as well as an improved report generator, and OS5 compatibility. It is now much easier to see the admissions you have not yet billed.

The trial/shareware version is fully functional but nags you to register each time you create a new patient entry. The reports also have a line that states that this is the unregistered or trial version. Upon registration you will receive the most recent versions of the program, with nags removed and the unregistered line removed from the reports.

We are excited about this new addition to our products. As always, upgrades will be free, and minor modifications can be requested - we are always open to suggestions regarding our software.
