Manage an unlimited number of associations There is no limit on the number of associations or units you can manage with Condo Manager Pro. You will even have access to all the previous years of data for consultation for each of them.
Use Condo Manager on a network Work simultaneously with Condo Manager Pro on several computers. Condo Manager can be installed on a server and can be reached by as many users as your network can support.
Print checks with magnetics MICR codes Keep only one type of check paper for all associations. Condo Manager will print all required information on the check, including the magnetic codes at the bottom of the check.
Search for a person through all associations Recover information for one person from his/her email address, telephone or name or only a part of them. Launch the search engine only once to search through all associations. Condo Manager will extract information for that person no matter the association he/she is part of.
Save time Work with only one finger! With only a click of the mouse, process monthly condo fees assessments, print checks and deposit slips or account statements. Create any reusable transaction groups for recurrent transactions and use them as often as you want. Or use electronic direct payments and dont manipulate payment checks anymore!
Have full control over the condo fees assessment and invoicing Invoice condo fees monthly, quarterly or bi-annually at your choice. Apply minimum interests fees for late payments, if wanted. Create invoicing groups to charge payments automatically for all or only a part of the owners (ex.: Cable). Condo Manager allows you to fully control assessments invoicing when and how you want it. Follow easily the finance of your association Produce any financial statement at a click of the mouse: Balance Sheet, Revenue and Expense Statement (with or without comparative to budgets), Budgets, Lists or receivable and payable accounts or any other list of accounts you may need. These lists can be produced with their balances only or with all the detailed transactions for each of them.
Have all information handy Consult on screen any information of the association, owners, tenants, suppliers, etc... Or print any of the 80 specialized reports to have information available even when your computer is not on.
