Russia changes array phone codes. All array codes that have a first symbol zero will be changed. Number four replaces the first symbol in array codes. For example, array code of Moscow changes from 095 to 495. There is large quantity of phone numbers in contacts of Microsoft Outlook, Windows address book, phone book of cellular phones, PDA, mail services in the web like Yahoo!Mail, GMail, @mail.ru and so on.
