All the functionality of QuickBooks PRO can be used by the end-user to effectively manage the financial data so important to their business.

The interface is run at the close of business automatically if the end-user wants to (via the CLOSE.BAT), or can be manually started. Generating an IIF extension on a file for the Date-Of-Business (Example: 06/15/2003 would be 20030615.iif, this is the file used to IMPORT the data.).

This import process is accomplished in a matter of minutes rather than the time consuming and labor intensive process of manually generating reports from RCS and then adjusting the information in Quickbooks
