Effectively project demand at a product, customer, vendor or channel level

The sales forecast is absolutely critical to many organizations. What does the revenue pipeline look like? Which products or services are in demand? The answers can impact everything from the highest levels of strategic planning to everyday staffing and production needs.

SRC Sales Planning allows you to project demand at a product, customer, vendor or channel level so that you can make the most informed decisions possible. For example, a shoe manufacturer may wish to know which and how many shoe styles are expected to be sold, in order to appropriately plan their manufacturing outputs. SRC Sales Planning is completely user-definable to match your particular organization and industrys demand type and terminology.

Utilizing our wide array of access options, you can deploy input forms to your sales managers and/or entire sales force to enter pipeline assumptions, for any timeframe you wish (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). SRC Sales Planning will utilize these inputs to project total demand, enabling you to better control supply and production on an ongoing basis.
