Boomi’s adapter for Oracle eBusiness Suite, in combination with Boomi’s Integration Platform (IP), lets you connect and interact with Oracle eBusiness Suite in real-time.

Oracle eBusiness Suite business processes can then be executed via the Boomi Integration Platform, enabling integration with business processes from other enterprise information systems or external trading partners without any programming effort.

Oracle eBusiness Suite’s MetaData (information about the Oracle eBusiness Suite’s application’s business processes and how they are executed) is exposed through the Boomi Oracle eBusiness Suite Adapter via the Boomi Integration Process Designer.

The user selects the Oracle eBusiness Suite business functions they want to integrate into their server’s environment. The Boomi Integration Platform automatically generates Oracle eBusiness Suite business processes as application interface profiles, all via the user interface, which can then be utilized to perform transformations between the native Oracle eBusiness Suite APIs and any other application or document standard.

Behind the scenes, XML schemas that define the method signatures required to invoke the Oracle eBusiness Suite business processes through the adapter are automatically generated. Hand-mapping of request and response formats is completely eliminated. Oracle eBusiness Suite business processes are then immediately accessible to the Boomi Integration Platform for use in setting up any variety of desired business processes.
