In order to facilitate the integration of its software with established information systems, Soft Solutions provides its clients with ibs Integration which enables importing and exporting - in XML format - main métier objects manipulated within the Soft Solutions Suite (item, supplier, collections, promotions, …). Data is sent to ibs Integration via JMS messages or e-mail. In order to gauge data importance, Soft Solutions proposes two JMS clients:

The first allows downloading a file on the server through a web interface. Once it is on the server, the file is dropped off in a JMS message and sent to ibs Integration.

The second client oversees a specific list on the server and transmits to ibs Integration the file that has been dropped off.

ibs Workflow application - which manages communication flows - allows relaying information at the triggering of an event such as generating an object in XML, which is taken care of by ibs Integration. The object generated in XML may thus be automatically put at the disposal of a third-party information system via JMS or e-mail or simply dropped off in a list.
